How to Order The Great Body Shop

We are happy to process your orders as we have for over 39 years. The following requirements will guide you:

Print and complete the THE GREAT BODY SHOP Ordering Worksheet below.

If you are a new district using THE GREAT BODY SHOP, you will need to order grade-level Teacher’s Guide(s) for each teacher and a Student Issue subscription for each student in the entire cohort for all grade levels purchased.

If you are a current customer and your Teacher Guides have been purchased within the last five years, you just need to order the Student Issue subscription for each student in the grade levels purchased. Student Issues cannot be purchased without a current Teacher’s Guide.

Student Issues are required for every student using THE GREAT BODY SHOP. Student Issues are consumable, student-facing instructional materials intended for individual student use and are not designed to be shared or used as class-set textbooks.

After completing the order form, forward to your district’s purchasing department to generate a purchase order. The purchase order can be emailed, mailed, or faxed to The Children’s Health Market.
